Refund Policy and Conditions for ESD (Electronic Software Distribution)

Jaws PDF software is sold via electronic distribution such as email. The electronic distribution is subject to different guidelines than software sold in a box. The main benefit of electronically distributable software is that software functionality and features can be fully tested prior to purchase using the evaluation version. Please refer to the product detail pages to download a demonstration version.

If you still have questions about our PDF products after testing the evaluation version please contact us before purchasing the product.

At OfficialPDF’s sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for orders which fall into the following categories:

• The product has been proven to be defective by our technical support department.
• Duplicate orders that have been made at the OfficialPDF.com store.

We will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, you must first contact our store administrator.

You will need to provide our store administrator with the following information:

• Name
• Product name
• Serial number(s)
• The reason for the return

If we need additional information you will be contacted by email from an Official PDF support staff member. Upon approval of a refund you will be asked to sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction which will be provide by our support staff.
